The systems behind your working day

IT that follows the policy lifecycle.

Client calls, insurer portals and document-heavy workflows rely on the same connected workplace. Plan support around how your brokerage actually operates.

Broker & policy systems

Keep workstations, browsers and connections ready for the broker management software your team uses for quotations, policies, renewals and claims.

Client files & correspondence

Organise shared email, scanned forms, policy schedules and claim evidence with sensible file access, document naming and version history.

Insurer & funding portals

Troubleshoot browser, sign-in, PDF and connectivity problems that interrupt access to insurer and premium-funding services.

Office & remote brokers

Connect branch staff and brokers working away from the office to the applications, files, calls and meetings their role requires.

Backups & business continuity

Identify where policy records and working documents live, agree backup coverage and test recovery of the systems within the support scope.

Staff moves & shared mailboxes

Set up new starters, hand over client correspondence and adjust access when responsibilities change, with clear ownership of shared records.

Your applications. Our starting point.

Systems to discuss.

Broker software, document tools and insurer portals need a working IT foundation. Tell us your products and versions so we can agree the support scope and coordinate with their suppliers.

Fit the IT to the work

A renewal deadline is a poor time for an IT interruption.

A broker may move between a client call, a policy document and an insurer portal in minutes. We look at the whole path: the device, email, shared records and connection to the application.

  • A clear list of core applications and their suppliers
  • Shared records accessible to the right staff
  • Planned changes around renewal and reporting periods
A few useful answers

Before we get started.

Can you work with our existing broker software?

Start by telling us which products you use and whether they are cloud-based or hosted onsite. We can review the supporting IT and agree where we assist directly and where the software supplier is involved.

Can branches and remote brokers share the same files?

We can plan shared access around your applications and document systems, including Microsoft 365, remote desktops or an existing server. Permissions and handover arrangements are part of that discussion.

Can you help when a portal works on one computer but not another?

Yes. Device-specific browser settings, sign-in, PDF handling and network connectivity are practical starting points. Application and insurer account decisions stay with the relevant provider.
