Managed IT

Everyday support.
A clearer IT plan.

Bring support, maintenance and the next technology changes into one practical arrangement. Managed IT starts with your people, systems and locations, with the work and responsibilities clearly defined.

Built around your business

Keep the essentials working together.

Staff & device support

Provide a clear route for staff to request help with workstations, business applications, email, printing and access issues.

Maintenance & monitoring

Agree the devices, services, maintenance tasks and monitoring included in the support arrangement, with clear handling of faults and alerts.

Accounts & licences

Manage staff onboarding, access changes, departing users and the licences associated with your business applications and devices.

Backups & recovery planning

Identify important applications and data, document backup coverage and agree restore checks and recovery responsibilities.

Suppliers & documentation

Keep useful records of equipment, locations and supplier contacts, and coordinate faults that cross application, hosting or connectivity services.

Upgrades & business changes

Plan replacements, capacity, office moves and new locations around the condition of the equipment and the requirements of the business.

A practical next step

From the first conversation
to a working setup.

Understand the environment

People, locations, devices, applications, existing suppliers and recurring issues.

Agree the arrangement

Support coverage, included maintenance, responsibilities, licences and any separate project work.

Review the next steps

Use the documented setup and current priorities to plan improvements and future changes.

What is included in managed IT?

The inclusions are agreed for your environment. They can cover staff support, maintenance, monitoring, accounts, documentation and backup checks, with projects and equipment identified separately.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes. We can agree which responsibilities sit with TP, your internal staff and other suppliers so the arrangement complements the support you already have.

Do we have to move everything to the cloud?

No. An arrangement can cover onsite, hosted and cloud services. The requirements of your applications and staff guide the plan.
